Meet Jessie Palmer, Founder

Flat River Insurance Solutions was founded by Jessie Palmer to give individuals, families, and retirees a more personal way to navigate healthcare and insurance decisions.

Jessie brings extensive experience in the insurance industry, including agency leadership, sales management, business development, Medicare, and individual health insurance. Throughout her career, she has helped clients navigate thousands of insurance decisions while also training, coaching, and leading insurance professionals.

After years of working within larger organizations, Jessie founded Flat River Insurance Solutions in 2026 with a simple goal: create the kind of independent agency where clients can receive knowledgeable guidance without feeling like they are being pushed toward a particular product.
